About UPA
The United Palestinian Appeal, Inc. provides both emergency humanitarian
relief, charity, and long term infrastructural development to Palestinian
communities striving for economic and community development in the
wake of ongoing conflict. We strive to deliver efficient charitable
services at low overhead costs in the areas of education, health
care, community development and agriculture, and child sponsorship.
UPA maintains its independence and integrity as a strictly humanitarian
organization by not accepting funds from political groups or from
any source that may attach unacceptable conditions to its contributions.
Established in 1978, UPA is a member of the Independent Charities
of America (ICA) and a participating agency of the Combined Federal
Campaign (we are listed as CFC #1451). UPA is also registered
with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) as a
private voluntary organization engaged in foreign aid (registration
